Mubasher: Islamic Holding Group shareholders will meet on 12 October to discuss a capital increase by 50% to QAR 60 million, according to a bourse filing.

The meeting was postponed from 6 October due to lack of quorum.

The company will raise its capital through offering 2 million shares for subscription at nominal value of QAR 10 plus an issue premium of QAR 40 each.

Articles of incorporation will be amended accordingly to reflect the increase in the issued capital to QAR 60 million, or 6 million shares at QAR 10 par value each.
